Spencer gets the idea that perhaps if he purposely makes himself up as a woman, he can get the company back up the charts through flirty behavior and sex appeal. The meeting starts off and ends well with Selena seeming to have the advantage of being a bit flirty with Mr. Johnson misjudging him/her she introduces herself as Selena Bailey and uses minor acting skills learned in theater classes to make her voice convincing. Spencer thinks he's joking until he sees his (now appearing as her) reflection in the screen of her computer and realizes with all the stuff in her pockets and tight clothing, he looks like a woman.
